Ingredients
Avocado mixture:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tsp SaltCo Funky Monkey Ceramic Grinder Himalayan
- 1 tsp SaltCo Funky Monkey Ceramic Grinder Peppercorns
- ¼ tsp Natures Delight Organic Chilli Powders
- 1 tsp Essential Hemp Organic Hemp Seed Oil
- 1 tsp YourACV Apple Cider Vinegar With Orange
To serve:
- 4 slices fresh sourdough, toasted
- 1 Tbsp spring onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp Essentials Hemp Organic Hemp Seeds
Preparation method
- To make the avocado mixture, combine ingredients and mash with a fork until well combined
- To two slices of toast sourdough, add a generous serving of avocado mixture. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
