Olivia is the Founder of Integrated Holistic Wellness, a mobile nutrition and wellness health profiling service that currently services residents throughout Tasmania, Queensland and New South Wales.

Olivia has been a Personal Trainer for the past 5 years. After seeing numerous clients unhappy with their bodies, stressing over calories and constantly finding themselves on the newest diet train. She decided to study an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and dedicates her life’s work to empowering individuals to step into their own individual health and happiness. Rather than the expected views of society.

Integrated Holistic Wellness specialises in Bio- Individual Health profiling that combines oriental, western and natural health technology that provides every client with their own individual health bible.
