We understand, sometimes you order something and its not what you expected. That’s ok providing you get them items back to us in the same condition they were received within 30 days of receipt we will refund you your money. Once the package is received we will refund you via the same method of payment by which you paid. You will receive the full amount minus any shipping fees (unless we shipped something to you in error) & Merchant fee costs.
If 30 days have passed we are sorry to say we cannot accept the return.
A few special cases:
If you are returning a product due to an error we have made please contact us either via the phone, email or Live Chat and we will send you a pre-paid label.
If you are returning 6 or more of the same item we will charge a 15% restocking fee due to our inventory control and those annoying shelf life limits.
If you are returning an order that originally qualified for free shipping then $9.95 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (less the return value) is less than $99
No sweat, all products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason*. Send the items back to us within 30 days and we’ll refund your money.
Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error).
Please also note that if you made payment with Afterpay or Zippay we are unable to claim back the Merchant fee which is 6.5%, we will need to charge you this also. This includes orders cancelled before we ship.
If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return.
Please note, a few brands have special return policies and instructions and must be returned to the address they provide.
These brands are Omega / Hurom / Excalibur / Greenpower / Kuvings / Sedona / Waters Co.
Please do not damage or mark the packaging of products you wish to return.
For Omega juicers we can only accept UNUSED juicers back as a result of change of mind. This is simply because once they are used we cannot offer them for sale as new.
